1,1′-Thiocarbonyldi-2-pyridone (0.42 g, 1.8 mmol) was added to a mixture of (3-amino-2,4-dichloro-benzyl)-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (0.50 g, 1.7 mmol) and dioxane (25 mL) and stirred at rt for 2 h and at reflux for 2 d. The mixture was concentrated, diluted with DCM and filtered over silica gel. The filtrate was concentrated to give the sub-title compound.
