A mixture of 2,3,4-trifluoro-N-methyl-6-nitroaniline (1.5 g, 7.3 mmol), 4-trifluoromethyl-piperidine hydrochloride (2.76 g, 14.6 mmol), K2CO3 (2.01 g, 14.6 mmol) and DMF (10 mL) was stirred at rt overnight under Ar atmosphere. The mixture was poured into aqueous ammonia and extracted with EtOAc. The organic layer was dried over Na2SO4, filtered and concentrated. Crystallization from EtOAc/PE gave the sub-title compound.
