A mixture of 2,4-difluoro-N-methyl-6-nitro-3-(4-trifluoromethyl-piperidin-1-yl)aniline (210 mg, 0.62 mmol), Ra—Ni (4 mg, 0.062 mmol) and THF (30 mL) was shaken under H2 atmosphere (1 atm) at rt for 1 h. The mixture was filtered through celite and the celite pad was further washed with THF. The resulting solution was concentrated to give the sub-title compound.
