Following the procedure as described in PREPARATION 1C, and making non-critical variations to replace 4-bromo-1-pentyl-1H-indole-2,3-dione with 1-pentyl-1H-indole-2,3-dione, and 1,3-benzodioxol-5-ol with α,α,α-trifluorocresol, the title compound was obtained (46%): 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3) δ 9.75 (s, 1H), 7.50-7.39 (m, 3H), 7.21 (td, 1H), 7.10-7.02 (m, 2H), 6.96 (d, 1H), 4.26 (s, 1H), 3.82-3.59 (m, 2H), 1.77-1.63 (m, 2H), 1.40-1.27 (m, 4H), 0.88 (t, 3H); MS (ES+) m/z 362 (M−17), 402 (M+23).
