Following the procedure as described in EXAMPLE 1, and making non-critical variations using 3-(5-chloro-4-fluoro-2-hydroxyphenyl)-3-(hydroxymethyl)-1-pentyl-1,3-dihydro-2H-indol-2-one to replace 1-(2-cyclopropylethyl)-3-(6-hydroxy-1,3-benzodioxol-5-yl)-3-(hydroxymethyl)-1,3-dihydro-2H-indol-2-one, the title compound was obtained in 80% yield; mp 74-76° C.; 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3) δ 7.38-7.27 (m, 1H), 7.18-7.02 (m, 2H), 6.94 (d, 1H), 6.77 (d, 1H), 6.69 (d, 1H), 4.98 (d, 1H), 4.72 (d, 1H), 3.87-3.64 (m, 2H), 1.82-1.65 (m, 2H), 1.47-1.28 (m, 4H), 0.92 (t, 3H); 13C NMR (75 MHz, CDCl3) δ 176.5, 160.6, 157.4, 142.6, 133.9, 131.8, 129.5, 124.6, 124.1, 123.5, 113.1, 109.0, 100.0, 81.2, 57.5, 40.6, 29.2, 27.2, 22.5, 14.1; MS (ES+) m/z 360 (M+1).
