Procedure

To a solution of the compound obtained in Example 548 (300 mg) in acetic acid (3 mL) was added Zn powder (229 mg), and the mixture was stirred overnight at room temperature. The reaction mixture was poured into water, and the resultant product was extracted with ethyl acetate. The organic layer was washed with water and dried, and the solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure. The obtained residue was treated with 1 equivalent of 4N hydrogen chloride/ethyl acetate to give the title compound (243 mg, 76%) as a white powder.
