Starting from the compound 214 (scheme 46) and following the procedures described above for the synthesis of compound 228 (example 202) and 303a (example 232), title compound 234 was obtained in 31% yield as an off-white solid. 1H NMR (d-DMSO) δ ppm): 12.34(s, 1H), 11.81(s, 1H), 8.68(m, 1H,), 8.24(s, 1H), 7.79(m, 3H), 7.62(s, 1H), 7.40-7.13(m, 6H), 6.86(d, 1H), 4.02(s, 3H), 3.93(s, 2H). MS (m/z): 518.1(M+H) (found).
