2-Methanesulfinyl-7-(3-methanesulfonyl-phenyl)-pyrrolo[2,1-f][1,2,4]triazine (125.0 mg, 0.0003727 mol) and 3-Morpholin-4-yl-phenylamine (183 mg, 0.00103 mol) were dissolved in 2-Methoxyethanol (3.2 mL) and the reaction was microwaved at 300 W at 180° C. until HPLC showed consumption of starting material. The reaction mixture was then reduced en vacuo and the product was isolated and purified by Gilson prep HPLC to provide 50.00 mg of [7-(3-Methanesulfonyl-phenyl)-pyrrolo[2,1-f][1,2,4]triazin-2-yl]-(3-morpholin-4-yl-phenyl)-amine as a lyophilated powder. (M+H)=450.15. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO, d6) δ 9.40 (s, 1H), 9.04 (s, 1H), 8.51 (m, 2H), 7.95 (d, 1H, J=7.88 Hz), 7.80 (d, 1H, J=8.05 Hz), 7.34 (d, 1H, J=8.09 Hz), 7.26 (d, 1H, J=4.72 Hz), 7.22 (m, 2H), 6.99 (d, 1H, J=4.72 Hz), 6.61 (m, 1H), 3.68 (m, 4H), 3.28 (s, 3H), 2.99 (m, 4H).
