Reaction Steps
(S)-1-[1-(3-Methoxy-4-nitro-phenyl)-piperidin-4-yl]-pyrrolidin-3-ol was prepared in an analogous fashion to [1-(3-Methoxy-4-nitro-phenyl)-piperidine-4-yl]dimethyl-amine of Example 475a replacing Dimethylamine with (S)-Pyrrolidin-3-ol. The crude material was purified via trituration with Et2O to yield a yellow solid, MP 137-139° C. (197 mg, 51%). LC/MS (E/I+) 322.14 (M+H).
