The title compound was prepared from (5-fluoro-2-nitro-4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-carbamic acid tert.-butyl ester (Example B3) (1.62 g, 5.0 mmol) and dimethylamine (5.6 N in EtOH, 4.47 mL, 25.0 mmol) in DMSO (10 mL) at 23° C. according to the general procedure C. Obtained as a yellow solid (1.48 g).
