Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from (5-dimethylamino-2-{3-[3-(5-dimethyl-aminomethyl-[1,2,3]triazol-1-yl)-phenyl]-3-oxo-propionylamino}-4-fluoro-phenyl)-carbamic acid tert.-butyl ester (Example M39) (170 mg, 0.32 mmol) by treatment with TFA in CH2Cl2 according to the general procedure N. Obtained as a yellow solid (34 mg).
