Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from (RS)-[5-dimethylamino-2-(3-oxo-3-{3-[4-(tetrahydro-pyran-2-yloxymethyl)-pyrazol-1-yl]-phenyl}-propionylamino)-4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl]-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (Example M58) (590 mg, 0.91 mmol) by treatment with TFA in CH2Cl2 according to the general procedure N. Obtained as a light yellow solid (299 mg).
