Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from (RS)-[5-dimethylamino-2-(3-{3-[3-methyl-4-(tetrahydro-pyran-2-yloxymethyl)-isoxazol-5-yl]-phenyl}-3-oxo-propionylamino)-4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl]-carbamic acid tert.-butyl ester (Example M60) by treatment with TFA in CH2Cl2 according to the general procedure N. Obtained as a light yellow solid (64 mg).
