Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from (5-dimethylamino-2-{3-[3-(2-methylsulfanyl-imidazol-1-yl)-phenyl]-3-oxo-propionylamino}-4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-carbamic acid tert.-butyl ester (Example M62) (450 mg, 0.78 mmol) by treatment with TFA in CH2Cl2 according to the general procedure N. Obtained as a yellow solid (253 mg).
