Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from (RS)-[5-(cyclopropylmethyl-methyl-amino)-2-(3-oxo-3-{3-[5-(tetrahydro-pyran-2-yloxymethyl)-[1,2,3]triazol-1-yl]-phenyl}-propionylamino)-4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl]-carbamic acid tert.-butyl ester (Example M67) (939 mg, 1.37 mmol) by treatment with TFA in CH2Cl2 according to the general procedure N. Obtained as a light yellow solid (544 mg).
