Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from [2-[3-(2-cyano-pyridin-4-yl)-3-oxo-propionylamino]-5-(cyclopropyl-methyl-amino)-4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl]-carbamic acid tert.-butyl ester (Example M70) (215 mg, 0.42 mmol) by treatment with TFA in CH2Cl2 according to the general procedure N. Obtained as a yellow solid (87 mg).
