Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from {5-dimethylamino-2-[3-oxo-3-(3-[1,2,3]triazol-1-yl-phenyl)-propionylamino]-4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl}-carbamic acid tert.-butyl ester (Example M74) (905 mg, 1.7 mmol) by treatment with TFA in CH2Cl2 according to the general procedure N. Obtained as a yellow solid (566 mg).
