Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from (RS)-[5-(ethyl-methyl-amino)-4-methyl-2-(3-oxo-3-{3-[5-(tetrahydro-pyran-2-yloxymethyl)-[1,2,3]triazol-1-yl]-phenyl}-propionylamino)-phenyl]-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (Example M81) (0.39 g, 0.64 mmol) by treatment with TFA in CH2Cl2 according to the general procedure N. Obtained as a off-white solid (159 mg, 61%).
