Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from [2-[3-(2-cyano-pyridin-4-yl)-3-oxo-propionylamino]-5-(isopropyl-methyl-amino)-4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl]-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (Example M120) (0.67 g, 1.29 mmol) by treatment with TFA in CH2Cl2 according to the general procedure N. Obtained as a light yellow solid (210 mg, 41%).
