Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from {4-chloro-5-(isobutyl-methyl-amino)-2-[3-oxo-3-(3-[1,2,4]triazol-1-yl-phenyl)-propionylamino]-phenyl}-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (Example M121) (0.76 g, 1.41 mmol) by treatment with TFA in CH2Cl2 according to the general procedure N. Obtained as a light orange solid (530 mg, 89%).
