Reaction Steps
Prepared from {5-(isobutyl-methyl-amino)-2-[3-oxo-3-(3-[1,2,4]triazol-1-yl-phenyl)-propionylamino]-4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl}-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (Example M122) (0.50 g, 0.87 mmol) by treatment with TFA in CH2Cl2 according to the general procedure N. Obtained as a light brown solid (350 mg, 88%).
