Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from {4-chloro-2-[3-(3-imidazol-1-yl-phenyl)-3-oxo-propionylamino]-5-isobutylamino-phenyl}-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (Example M126) (0.33 g, 0.63 mmol) by treatment with TFA in CH2Cl2 according to the general procedure N. Obtained as a light yellow solid (240 mg, 94%).
