Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from (2-{3-[3-(5-dimethylaminomethyl-[1,2,3]triazol-1-yl)-phenyl]-3-oxo-propionylamino}-5-morpholin-4-yl-4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-carbamic acid tert.-butyl ester (Example M24) (138 mg, 0.218 mmol) by treatment with TFA in CH2Cl2 according to the general procedure N. Obtained as a beige solid (37 mg).
