Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from {5-methyl-2-[3-oxo-3-(3-[1,2,3]triazol-1-yl-phenyl)-propionylamino]-4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl}-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (Example M53) (0.29 g, 0.58 mmol) by treatment with TFA in CH2Cl2 according to the general procedure N. Obtained as an off-white solid (143 mg, 64%).
