The product of Step C, Example 8 (160 mg) and 4-fluorobenzylamine (1.0 mL) were heated at 100° C. for 40 minutes. The reaction was cooled to ambient temperature and purified via silica gel chromatography (methanol/dichloromethane) to yield the title compound (16 mg) in approximately 80% purity. 1HNMR (CDCl3): δ 7.97 (d, J=7.0 Hz, 1H), 7.85 (m, 2H), 7.69 (s, 1H), 7.36 (br s, 1H), 7.28 (m, 2H), 6.96 (m, 4H), 6.59 (dd, J=7.0 Hz, J=1.5 Hz, 1H), 4.09 (t, J=6.0 Hz, 2H), 3.78 (s, 2H), 2.83 (t, J=7.0 Hz, 2H), 2.39 (s, 3H), 2.00 (m, 2H).
