Essentially following the procedures described for Intermediate 4, but using tert-butyl (2-oxo-3-pyrimidin-4-yl-2,3-dihydro-1H-benzimidazol-1-yl)acetate in place of tert-butyl (2-oxo-3-pyridin-2-yl-2,3-dihydro-1H-benzimidazol-1-yl)acetate, the title compound was prepared. MS: m/z=271 (M+1).
