N-{4-[4-amino-7-(5-formyl-4-methylthien-2-yl)thieno[3,2-c]pyridin-3-yl]-2-methoxyphenyl}-1-methyl-1H-indole-2-carboxamide (70.0 mg, 0.127 mmol) and morpholine (44.2 μL, 0.507 mmol) were reacted according to General Procedure B followed by HPLC purification to give the title compound as a light yellow powder.
