The title compound was prepared using N-[4-(7-amino-4-{[(dimethylamino)methylene]amino}thieno[3,2-c]pyridin-3-yl)-2-methoxyphenyl]-1-methyl-1H-indole-2-carboxamide and 3-chloropropyl isocyanate using General Procedure N followed by General Procedure M. 1H NMR (DMSO-d6, 400 MHz) δ 9.50 (s, 1H), 8.69 (s, 1H), 8.19 (br, 1H), 8.13 (d, 1H), 7.94 (s, 1H), 7.71 (d, 1H), 7.60 (d, 1H), 7.35 (m, 1H), 7.29 (s, 1H), 7.16 (m, 2H), 6.08 (m, 2H), 4.04 (s, 3H), 3.93 (s, 3H), 3.71 (t, 2H), 3.25 (m, 2H), 1.93 (m, 2H); MS: (MH)+ 563.
