Prepared in a similar fashion as described for Example 556 using 3,5-dichloro-1-[(1S)-2-methoxy-1-methylethyl]-2(1H)-pyrazinone and 5-bromo-7-methoxy-3,4-dihydro-2H-1,4-benzoxazine as the starting materials to give an oil. 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3): δ 7.06 (s, 1H), 6.74 (d, J=3.0 Hz, 1H), 6.45 (d, J=2.5 Hz, 1H), 5.24–5.10 (m, 1H), 4.52–3.86 (m, 4H), 3.76 (s, 3H), 3.57 (d, J=3.7 Hz, 2H), 3.35 (s, 3H), 1.41 (d, J=6.9 Hz, 3H); HRMS (ESI) m/z 444.0339 [(M+H)+, calcd for C17H20N3O4BrCl 444.0326].
