N-(2-Amino-ethyl)—N-[1-(3-benzyl-7-chloro-4-oxo-3,4-dihydro-quinazolin-2-yl)-2-methyl-propyl]-acrylamide: (2-{Acryloyl-[1-(3-benzyl-7-chloro-4-oxo-3,4-dihydro-quinazolin-2-yl)-2-methyl-propyl]-amino}-ethyl)-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (300 mg, 0.56 mmol) was treated with 50% TFA in CH2Cl2 (3 mL at room temperature. After 2 h the mixture was concentrated under vacuum, redissolved in CH2Cl2, washed with 10% NaHCO3, brine, dried and concentrated to give the title compound (240 mg) as a white solid: MS (ES) m/e 439.2 (M+H)+.
