Reaction Steps
Using 1-(3-hydroxy-2,2,4,6,7-pentamethyl-3-(3-thienyl)-2,3-dihydro-1-benzofuran-5-yl)-4-(4-methoxyphenyl)piperazine obtained in Example 36, the title compound was synthesized in the same manner as in Example 46. Yield 77%. mp. 128–131° C. (ethanol).
