Reaction Steps
A solution of Example 2A (0.60 g, 1.6 mmol), 1-(2-methoxyphenyl)piperazine (0.84 g, 6.5 mmol) and diisopropylethylamine (0.35 mL) in acetonitrile (25 mL) was processed as in Example 1B. Purification of the crude product on silica gel with 2% triethylamine 50% ethyl acetate/hexane provided 0.53 g of the title compound.
