Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from 3-(SR)-(4-(2-tolyl)-piperidin-1-ylmethyl)-4-(SR)-phenylpyrrolidine (Step A), 0.014 mL of DIEA, 12.5 mg of BOP-Cl and 5 mg of benzoic acid in 0.5 mL of CH2Cl2 using a procedure analogous to that described in Example 63 to provide the title compound. RF : 0.45 (5% MeOH in CH2Cl2). 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3): δ 1.4-4.5 (m, 20H), 7.05-7.6 (m, 14H). Mass Spectrum (CI): 439.4 (M+H).
