{4-[4-(2-Aminoethyl)anilino]-1-piperidinyl}(3-methyl-2-thienyl)methanone (0.174, 0.507 mmol) was reacted with tert-butyl-(4-oxiranylmethoxy-phenoxy)-diphenyl-silane (0.206 g, 0.51 mmol) according to Procedure G to give the title compound (0.083 g, 0.111 mmol).
