Reaction Steps
In the same manner as in Starting Material Synthesis Example 19 and using methyl 2-(5-fluoro-2-nitroanilino)-5-methylbenzo[b]thiophene-3-carboxylate (4.42 g), ethyl acetate (400 ml), 10% palladium-carbon and hydrogen (400 mg, 60 atm kg/cm2), methyl 2-(2-amino-5-fluoroanilino)-5-methylbenzo[b]thiophene-3-carboxylate (1.82 g) was obtained.
