Procedure
Separately, 6 parts of melamine, 11 parts of a 37% aqueous solution of formaldehyde, and 83 parts of water were stirred while heating at 60° C. Thirty minutes later, an aqueous mixed solution of transparent melamine, formaldehyde, and a melamine-formaldehyde precondensate was obtained.
