After 2-methyl-4-fluoroaniline(1.1 ml, 9.9 mmol) was added to a mixture solution of 5,6-dimethyl-4-(1-methyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinolin-2-yl)-2-chloropyrimidine(1.4 g, 4.8 mmol) prepared in the above Step 2 and dimethylformamide (10 ml), 1.35 g of the titled compound was obtained in accordance with the same procedure as in Step 2 of Example 1.
