In a similar manner to Example 42, the product of Example 45 (180 mg), and 0.5% v/v triethylamine/water (40 ml) gave, after stirring overnight at room temperature, washing with ether, filtration and lyophilisation, the title compound (121 mg) as an off-white fluffy solid: NMR (CDCl3) δ 1.75(2H,m), 1.90(2H,m), 2.61(2H,m), 2.75(4H,m), 3.08(2H,m), 3.23(4H,m), 3.78(2H,s), 4.66(2H,s), 6.79(1H,d), 6.99(2H,d), 7.98(2H,d), 8.41(1H,d); m/Z 410 (M+H)+ ; calculated for C23H27N3O4. 0.03 Et3N. 1.0 H2O: C, 64.7%; H, 6.89%; N, 9.86%; found: C, 64.4%; H, 6.6%; N, 9.5%.
