(±)-(S*)-(3,5-Dimethoxy-phenoxy)-[(5S*)-5-(2-fluoro-phenyl)-1-methyl-7-nitro-2-oxo-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1H-benzo[e][1,4]diazepin-5-yl]-acetic acid is prepared starting from flunitrazepam (5-(2-fluoro-phenyl)-1-methyl-7-nitro-1,3-dihydro-benzo[e][1,4]diazepin-2-one) and (3,5-dimethoxy-phenoxy)-acetic acid (Example 1) in analogy to Example 18. LC-MS1: tR=0.82 min, [M+1]+=526.02.
