The title compound was prepared according to the procedure described in step 1 and 2 of Example 67 from methyl 5-cyano-2-fluorobenzoate and 3-fluorophenol: 1H-NMR (CDCl3) δ 8.36 (1H, s), 7.73 (1H, m), 7.39 (1H, m), 7.00–6.78 (4H, m).
