The title compound was prepared according to the procedure described in step 2 of Example 45 from tert-butyl 4-((1S)-1-{[(2,5-dichloropyridin-3-yl)carbonyl]amino}ethyl)benzoate (step 1 of Example 45) and 4-pyridin-3-ylphenol (J. Med. Chem. 1986, 29, 1461): 1H-NMR (CDCl3) δ 8.88 (1H, m), 8.64–8.53 (2H, m), 8.17 (1H, d, J=2.6 Hz), 8.13 (1H, d, J=7.5 Hz), 7.96 (2H, d, J=8.4 Hz), 7.69 (2H, d, J=8.6 Hz), 7.47 (1H, d, J=8.6 Hz), 7.42 (2H, d, J=8.4 Hz), 7.29 (2H, d, J=8.6 Hz), 6.97 (1H, d, J=8.6 Hz), 5.38 (1H, m), 1.60 (3H, d, J=7.5 Hz), 1.57 (9H, s).
