The title compound was prepared from 3-ethynyl-7-trifluoromethyl-5-(3-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine (example C.10) (178 mg, 0.5 mmol) and [2-(5-bromo-thiophene-2-sulfonylamino)-ethyl]-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (example B.51) (193 mg, 0.5 mmol) according to general procedure II and subsequent cleavage of the protecting group with TFA in dichloromethane at 0° C. Obtained as a yellow solid (89 mg, 32%). MS (ISN) 558.0 [(M−H)−]; mp 196° C.
