The title compound was prepared from 7-difluoromethyl-3-ethynyl-5-(4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine (example C.2) (169 mg, 0.5 mmol) and 5-bromo-thiophene-2-sulfonic acid (2-hydroxy-1-hydroxymethyl-ethyl)-amide (example B.54) (158 mg, 0.5 mmol) according to general procedure II. Obtained as a light brown solid (53 mg, 18%). MS (ISN) 571.0 [(M−H)−]; mp 152° C.
