Procedure

The ester from step 3 (1 eq) in CH2Cl2-TFA-DMS (3:2:1, 0.2M) was stirred at rt for 48 h. The volatiles were evaporated, the residue triturated in ether and then isolated by filtration to afford the title compound as a white solid.
