The product of Example 10A (80 mg, 0.24 mmol) was treated with isopropyl alcohol (60 mg, 1 mmol) according to the procedure of Example 1A. The title compound was purified by chromatography (SiO2, CH2Cl2:MeOH:NH3.H2O, 90:10:1, Rf. 0.5) as oil (80 mg, yield, 90%). 1H NMR (MeOH-d4, 300 MHz) δ 1.30 (d, J=6.1 Hz, 6H), 1.60–2.10 (m, 3H), 2.15–2.25 (m, 1H), 2.30–2.40 (m, 2H), 2,98–3.20 (m, 6H), 3.50–3.60 (m, 1H), 4.50–4.58(m, 1H), 7.70–4.78 (m, 1H), 6.87 (t, J =9.2 Hz), 4H), 7.23 (d, J=8.8 Hz, 2H), 7.24 (d, J=9.2 Hz, 2H) ppm. MS (DCl/NH3) m/z 370 (M+H)+.
