Reaction Steps

Prepared in analogy to example 1.1 (b) from 2-piperazin-1-yl-quinoxaline hydrochloride and 2-cyclopentyloxy-5-methanesulfonyl-benzoic acid (example 2.3) in acetonitrile. Chromatography (SiO2; ethyl acetate) yields the title compound as a yellowish foam.
