Reaction Steps
Compound 1g (50 mg, 0.13 mmol) was reductively aminated with hydrocinnamaldehyde (0.020 mL, 0.15 mmol) following a procedure analogous to the preparation of compound 9a to afford compound 10a. ESI-MS m/e 501.4 (M+1).
