Reaction Steps

0.013 ml of triethylamine and 6.3 mg of 2-chloro-pyrimidine were added in order to an ethanol (2 ml) solution of 17.1 mg of 5-(4-fluoro-phenoxy)-2-pyridin-2-yl-6-pyrrolidin-2-yl-1H-benzimidazole obtained in Example 168, and the reaction liquid was heated under reflux for 3 hours. The reaction solvent was evaporated away under reduced pressure, and the resulting residue was purified through reversed-phase middle-pressure liquid chromatography [ODS-AS-360-CC (by YMC), mobile phase: water-acetonitrile-0.1% trifluoroacetic acid], and the resulting fraction was diluted with ethyl acetate, washed with aqueous saturated sodium bicarbonate and saturated saline in order, and dried with anhydrous sodium sulfate. The solvent was evaporated away under reduced pressure to obtain the entitled compound as a white solid.
