The title compound was prepared as described in Example 161, using 3-bromo-1-perhydro-2H-pyran-2-yl-1H-indazole-5-carbonitrile (0.400 g, 1.30 mmol), in ethylene glycol dimethyl ether (10 mL), 4-isopropyl phenyl boronic acid (0.321 g, 1.96 mmol), [1,1′-bis(diphenylphosphino)-ferrocene] complex with dichloromethane (1:1) (0.150 g, 0.130 mmol), and potassium phosphate (1.38 g, 6.5 mmol): (0.364 g, 81% yield): ES-MS (m/z) 346 [M+1]+.
