2-[2-(4-Methanesulfonylphenyl)-3-(tetrahydropyran-4-yl)propionylamino]thiazole-5-carboxylic acid (EXAMPLE 127, 399 mg, 0.91 mmol) was condensed with MeNH2.HCl in the presence of NEt3, utilising the general procedure described in EXAMPLE 65, to give the title compound: RTA=2.82 min; m/z (ES+)=452.3 [M+H]+.
